Providing the service and security: legitimate interest. Removal requests: legal obligations and legitimate interest. Statistics and personalized advertising: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
Removal requests are kept for 2 years. Scores are kept while the game is online. Technical data is kept by the provider for as long as strictly necessary.
Recipients and transfers
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting) and Google Ireland Ltd. (statistics and advertising). Any transfers outside the EU rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, or object to processing, by writing to info@dragonballstars.net. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
